WHO:

Richard, the founder of Monkstars, reached out to DIDO AGENCY to help power-boost his Klaviyo efforts.

WHAT:

Monkstars had previously been working in Klaviyo for about a year but weren’t seeing any real results from their email marketing efforts. Though the brand already possessed a solid list of more than 150,000 subscribers, email marketing was only producing 1% of their revenue. Their open and conversion rates were low, and they weren’t fully harnessing the power of their extensive list.

HOW:

In order to maximize the list’s effectiveness, we scrubbed the subscriber data and removed almost 100,000 inactive email addresses. We then created a full email strategy including Pre-Purchase, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Exit Intent, Cross-Sales, and more to engage consumers and fan the flames of their interest in Monkstar’s products.

After optimizing campaigns, sending two campaigns per week, A/B/C testing, and monthly analytics, we increased Monkstar’s email campaign revenue from 1% to 37% in just two months.
