WHO:

After running hundreds of email campaigns for other businesses and helping them increase their revenue, Roman Hotsiak, founder of DIDO AGENCY decided to start his own e-commerce business. After talking it over with a few partners, OSSA FRAMES was born — a luxury sunglasses and glasses online store.

WHAT:

As is the case with any new business venture, the most challenging obstacle was gaining a potential consumer base and email list. Though DIDO AGENCY and Roman have a deep well of experience in email strategy, design, and copy, building a subscriber list from scratch was a whole new ball game.

HOW:

Roman enlisted the help of several different marketplaces, marketing platforms, and leveraged social media. Slowly but surely OSSA FRAMES’ lists began to grow. Once we successfully established a list of potential clients, the rest was easy. We simply implemented our full email strategy package with 12 emails in Klaviyo including Pre-Purchase, Exit-Intend, Abandonment, Browse Abandonment, and more. The results were groundbreaking! After just four months of running email campaigns, our monthly revenue grew 42% from emails and 37% from automation flows.

The last step is making the magic happen! Once we’ve completed the copy and design, we’ll bring the campaign to life in Klaviyo. We’ll create the flows, schedule each email, and map everything out to find its way to the inbox of the right consumer at the right time.
